Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for the show?
The 3rd Annual ICT Conference on Professional Development is offered FREE to all registrants, so anyone interested in attending the tradeshow or viewing any of our educational panels is welcome FREE of charge.

Where do I go to attend the show?
Since this is a virtual event, the only place you need to go is in front of your computer! We will be sending you updates and a "Success Kit" to walk you through all our best known practices to ensure that your online experience in our tradeshow is the best possible.
Be sure to bookmark this site, too! You'll be able to enter from these pages on the day of the event

What happens if I miss the live online expo? Is there any way to still access the show?
If you should happen to miss the show, you will be able to access the platform and its recorded content on demand. For any registrants unable to attend, we will be sending a follow up email after the show inviting you to view the archived show at your leisure for 90 days. All access information will be sent to you via email and all you will need to do is link to the tradeshow through the email. You will also be able to go to www.ictconference.com  and we will post a link for the tradeshow there for your convenience. You will only need to use your same username and password that you used to register initially for the event.

How do I obtain my CEs?
Contact hours are accredited by the Arizona Nurses Association and are valid in all U.S. states except Iowa. The process of earning your contact hours is simple. Listen to each ICT Conference on Professional Development session and then take the 10-question true-or-false post-test, which will be available after the completion of the two-day conference. If you pass the test with a score of 80 percent or better, you will be able to download your certificate from the Infection Control Education Institute, which is the official educator provider for the ICT Conference on Professional Development. At the time you take the post-tests, you must be a registered user recognized by the Infection Control Education Institute, as well as a recognized ICT Conference registrant. After the live event, we will email you a unique conference Username and Password, to use specifically for the post show CE test.
